    Weak, shedding hair? Sounds familiar?

I’ve been reading your comments under my Instagram Reels — and one thing keeps coming up:“Why is my hair getting thinner?”“My hair falls out in clumps…”“I miss the fullness I used to have.” Sounds familiar? You’re not alone. And here’s the thing: it’s not always about age.Sure, we’ve all heard the phrase “hair naturally thins as we get older” —but I know from experience: that’s not the whole story. What we eat plays a HUGE role in how our hair looks and feels —just like it affects our skin, our energy, our mood, and even our muscle tone. And since I can’t fit it all into one Reel 😉Here’s a full…

5 Mistakes in Gray Hair Care 🚫⚡

Gray hair is beautiful, but it needs special care to stay soft, shiny, and free from unwanted yellow tones. Avoid these common mistakes to keep your silver strands looking their best! 1️⃣ Using Shampoos with SLS/SLESHarsh sulfates (SLS/SLES) strip the hair of moisture, making it dry and brittle. Plus, they can contribute to yellowing! Instead, opt for sulfate-free shampoos that cleanse gently while maintaining hydration. 2️⃣ Choosing the Wrong Oils 🚨💛Not all hair oils are safe for gray hair! Argan, castor, and olive oil can cause unwanted yellowish tones. If you love using oils, go for coconut oil 🥥—it’s lightweight, nourishing, and won’t alter your hair color. 3️⃣ Skipping Hydration…

Gray Hair Care – My Trusted Routine

Today, I’m sharing my daily routine for caring for gray hair. Maybe you’ll find some inspiration here!   I’ve always chosen gentle shampoos and conditioners (or masks) with good ingredients. I avoid “bad ingredients” like SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate), alcohol, and unnecessary dyes. For me, simplicity and effectiveness are key – and my hair appreciates it! My Golden Rule: Why? Because no shampoo can make your hair shine if you neglect your scalp and hair follicles. Healthy hair starts at the roots! And conditioner? For my wavy (sometimes even slightly curly) hair, it has to hydrate, add bounce, and help it look beautifully styled. How Do I…

My Journey to Healthier Hair #2 Diet

Diet. Doesn’t this word sound like something we’d want to avoid at all costs? It brings to mind restrictions, sacrifices, and an unpleasant feeling that we have to give something up. But don’t be misled – it’s actually about something much more positive and constructive. Instead of talking about dieting, I prefer to focus on “rational eating.” Sounds better, doesn’t it? Our nutritional needs change with every stage of life. Proper nutrition isn’t about mindlessly stuffing ourselves but about consciously choosing what lands on our plates. Different periods in life require different nutrients. And what happens inside us directly affects how we look outside. That’s why it’s important to focus…

My gray hair care under transformation – first year.

This is such an important topic — I get thousands of questions about what I use. I’m not here to recommend a specific brand (even though I have my favorites!), but I’ll share the main principles that helped me through the transition. 1. Always use gentle shampoos — no SLS or SLESLet your scalp rest. Harsh detergents can dry out your roots and weaken hair follicles. A mild shampoo with a clean formula is essential. 2. Purple shampoo — but carefully!I used purple shampoo a maximum of once a week. It toned down the bright silver shade so it blended better with my dark dyed ends. But! It can be…
