Quick Mango-Chia Mousse Recipe!

I love simple recipes, and this one completely stole my heart! You can use it as a smoothie base or enjoy it as a refreshing dessert on its own.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 1 pack of dried mango (200 g) – soak for approx. 8 hours
  • 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup of freshly squeezed juice from 1 orange and 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of chia seeds (1 tablespoon per serving)
  • 1 teaspoon of bee pollen (optional, for added health and aroma)

Preparation:

  1. Blend the soaked mango, yogurt, water, citrus juice, and bee pollen until smooth.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each glass or bowl.
  3. Pour the mousse over the chia, mix well, and refrigerate.
  4. After about 3 hours, your dessert is ready!
