
Quick Mango-Chia Mousse Recipe!
I love simple recipes, and this one completely stole my heart! You can use it as a smoothie base or enjoy it as a refreshing dessert on its own.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 pack of dried mango (200 g) – soak for approx. 8 hours
- 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt
- 1 cup of water
- ½ cup of freshly squeezed juice from 1 orange and 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds (1 tablespoon per serving)
- 1 teaspoon of bee pollen (optional, for added health and aroma)
Preparation:
- Blend the soaked mango, yogurt, water, citrus juice, and bee pollen until smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to each glass or bowl.
- Pour the mousse over the chia, mix well, and refrigerate.
- After about 3 hours, your dessert is ready!
